She was super helpful before the tour helping us decide on an itinerary, providing suggestions, booking us lunch, helping with transport decisions etc. On the day of the tour Yoko was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and helped us to enjoy an absolutely lovely day in Nikko (the whole area is gorgeous and we wish we had more time there).
