“A fantastic tour overall. Our guide, Nicole, spoke excellent English and looked after our mixed group with real care and attention. The places we visited were stunning, and the views were beautiful throughout the day.We hiked before taking the shuttle the the crater, and the scenery from the top was truly impressive. The ascent took us about 50 minutes (round trip) and was quite tiring, but absolutely worth the effort. We are very happy we joined this tour, as we would otherwise have missed an unforgettable experience in majestic Japanese nature.”

Sumo tickets sold out in seconds on the direct website so we found this group offering tickets with a guide to explain what was going on. The price was $120 per person, and the tickets offered were listed at around $75 on the official Sumo Tournament site. Since they were sold out, I figured it was worth another $50 to get tickets at all, and on top of that to have a guide. Before the tournament we got an email explaining the tickets were higher up than promised, I did not go back…”

Daartegenover staat dat er 50 minuten was voor de lunch + grasvelden te bewandelen waar je de paarden kunt zien.”

So we were a bit disappointed. But on the whole, she is a good guide and gave us the history of the places we visited.”
