Lucas was so kind and even waited for us outside the Open Air Museum with umbrellas as it started to rain. All in all, this was a nice last day of our trip, and again can't recommend seeing the museums enough!”

“It was a fantastic day to see Mt Fuji - so clear, great photos. The sites and planned trip was exactly as described. The disappointment was the tour guide and the tour bus themselves. Very crowded, small bus. The guide did not describe anything clear - we would arrive at a place and she would tell us to be back at a time but didnt describe things. Other tour guides with their groups were explaining the significance of sites. This was disappointing. The onsen was a highlight, separate male and female, small tattoos acceptable. Our guide brought us to the onsen but didnt explain to us how to go about…”
